About this dieline
A mailer box is the sturdy shipping box that e-commerce and subscription boxes use: one piece of board, double side walls that lock into the base, and a lid that tucks in at the front. No glue needed.
Enter the length, width and height and the board thickness, and download a print-ready PDF with cut and crease lines. Sizes are crease to crease, the way box makers quote them; the board thickness is added only where it matters: the double walls, the lid and the flaps.
Is the size inside or outside the box?
Crease to crease, the way box makers quote it: the base is exactly the length × width you enter. The clear space inside is about one board thickness smaller, the outside a little bigger.
Will it fold right on my board?
The allowances follow the usual rules for board thickness, but every board creases a little differently. Check them with your printer, or print one at 1:1 and fold it first.
