About this dieline
A tuck box is the everyday folding carton for cosmetics, tea, toys and small electronics: four walls glued along one seam, closed at each end by a flap that tucks in, with two small dust flaps under it.
Enter the length, width and height and the board thickness, and download a print-ready PDF with cut and crease lines. Both tucks sit on the front panel by default; switch on Reverse tuck to put the top one on the back panel.
Straight or reverse tuck?
Straight tuck (both flaps on the front) looks neater from the front and is common for retail packs. Reverse tuck (top and bottom on opposite panels) lays out tighter on a sheet, so it often costs less to cut.
Is the size inside or outside the box?
Crease to crease, the way box makers quote it. The clear space inside is about one board thickness smaller. Check the allowances with your printer, or print one at 1:1 and fold it first.
