About this dieline
A flat bottom pouch, also called a box pouch, is the coffee bag with a square base: four vertical corner seals, a gusset on each side and a bottom panel of its own, so it stands up like a small box and gives you a flat panel to print.
It is made from a body film and a separate bottom film. Enter the width, gusset depth and height, and download a print-ready PDF with the body, the corner seals, the zipper and the bottom panel. Some makers fold the bottom from the body film instead - ask your supplier which they use.
Can I print the bottom?
Yes - it is its own panel, drawn under the body. Many suppliers leave it plain.
Where does the degassing valve go?
It is a supplier add-on on the front or back panel and is not drawn on the dieline.
