About this dieline
A spout pouch is a stand up pouch with a plastic spout welded in, for liquids and purées: baby food, sauces, drinks, detergents. It pours cleanly and closes with a cap.
Enter the width, height and bottom gusset, place the spout in the top centre or on a 45° cut corner, and pick its bore. Download a print-ready PDF with the seals, the bottom and the spout weld zone marked.
Centre or corner spout?
A corner spout pours more easily — good for sauces and drinks. A centre spout keeps the pouch symmetrical.
Which spout size do I need?
8.6–10 mm for liquids and purées, 16–22 mm for thicker products. The weld zone on the dieline grows with the spout.
