About this dieline
A sachet is a small flat packet sealed on all four sides. Shampoo and cream samples, sauces, sugar and wet wipes often come in one.
Enter the width, height and seal widths and download a print-ready PDF with the front, the back, the seals and the safe area at true size. Zigzag edges are drawn in; switch them to straight if you don't need them.
How is it different from a flat pouch?
A flat pouch is usually sealed on three sides and filled through the top. A sachet is sealed on all four sides, is usually smaller, and is torn open at its zigzag edge.
How wide should the seals be?
5–8 mm is common for small sachets. Ask your printer what their machine makes.
