About this dieline
A wicket bag is a plastic bag supplied in a stack on a wire "wicket" through holes in its lip, so packers can pull one off and fill it fast. You see it in bakeries, for bread and rolls, and in food and garment packing lines.
The dieline is one flat layout of the bag: front, gusset and back with the lip on top. Enter the width, length, gusset and lip and download a PDF at true size, with the cut outline and a safe area that keeps your artwork away from the seals and the lip.
What is the lip for?
It is the extra strip above the opening that carries the wicket holes. It stays on the stack when the bag is torn off, so keep text and logos out of it.
Is the gusset included in the width?
No. Width is the flat front face; the gusset is added on the side and folds in when the bag is made.
