About this dieline
A mailer bag, or courier bag, is the flat plastic envelope online shops ship in. It closes with a flap and a peel-off adhesive strip, and often has a tear line so it is easy to open.
Enter the width, length and flap and download a print-ready PDF with the adhesive strip, the tear line and a safe area. Tick "Return strip" to add a second adhesive strip, so the customer can reseal the same bag to send an item back.
Why did my flap get bigger?
The flap grows by itself when the adhesive strips and the tear line do not fit in the size you entered.
Which side is upside down?
The back is laid out upside down under the flap — that is how the film runs on the machine. Design it the way it appears on the dieline.
