Display box sizes
A counter display box sits by the till with your products in it and your brand on the header. Here are typical sizes, from a small tray for lip balm to a wide one for a whole range, so you can start from one that fits.

Typical sizes, not a standard: every supplier's list is a little different. Length runs along the front, width from front to back, height is the sides at the back. Your printer will adapt them to your products.
How to measure
- Length and width — the floor of the tray, crease to crease. Lay out the products the way they will stand, with a few millimetres to spare.
- Height — the side walls at the back. They slope down to the front lip.
- Header — how far the back rises above the sides. That's where your brand goes; 0 leaves it off.
- Front lip — low enough to see and reach the products, high enough to hold them in.
Which board?
The default is E flute, 1.5 mm — stiff enough for a header and smooth to print. A heavy load wants B flute; a small, light display can be paperboard. The board doesn't change the floor: it only moves the folds, the flaps and the slots.
